jpoly is a private internal-use application operated by Jorge Blanco. It is not intended or offered as a public SaaS, banking platform, or consumer service.

The application may be used only by its operator, or by specifically authorized internal users if applicable, and only for lawful purposes in connection with financial accounts the user is authorized to access.

The application relies on third-party providers and financial institutions, including Enable Banking and connected banks. Access to account information depends on the availability of those providers, successful authentication, valid consent, and the technical and legal conditions imposed by those third parties.

The application is provided for internal informational, reconciliation, reporting, and recordkeeping purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

The application may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The operator does not guarantee that imported or displayed data will always be complete, accurate, current, or continuously available.

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorge Blanco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from the use of the application.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
